Terms & Conditions — NEO Business Solutions

1. Services. NEO Business Solutions provides branding, web design and development, social media management, and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for your work are set out in the proposal, quotation, or contract agreed with you; those documents take precedence over these general terms.

2. Payments. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects begin after an advance payment and the balance falls due on delivery. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance and continue until either side gives notice. Applicable taxes, including KPRA, are payable by the client.

3. Client material. You confirm that any text, images, logos, or other material you provide is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Delays in supplying material or feedback move the delivery dates accordingly.

4. Ownership. On full payment, the final approved deliverables belong to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, source templates, and any system we license to you on a subscription basis, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

5. Your data. We hold your information as described on our GDPR & privacy page, and only for as long as we need it to serve you or to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

6. Third-party services. Hosting, domains, plugins, ad platforms, and similar third-party services are governed by their own terms and their fees are separate unless quoted as part of your package.

7. Liability. Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data caused by third-party platforms.

8. Ending an engagement. Either side may end a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to that date remains payable.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Peshawar have jurisdiction.
